Accounts and orders

Supabase stores your account email, securely hashed password credentials and order history. Your signed-in session is stored on your device to keep you signed in. You can browse the catalogue without an account.

Order records are only accessible to their customer and authorised Printacar administrators. Payment card details are not collected by this website.

Website statistics

We count catalogue visits, product clicks and search categories. Only with your consent, a random browser ID is stored on your device to count repeat visits once. When you sign in, consenting visits are grouped by account. Administrator browsers are excluded. Clearing storage or using another unsigned-in browser can count as another visitor. We do not store raw search text or VINs. Only matched catalogue identifiers, search types and result counts are recorded.

A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive requests, is kept for at most one day during collection, and is not shown in reports. Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days during collection. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected.

Photo assistant

Photos stay in your browser until you choose Submit for review and consent. Submission stores your original photos, description, measurements, email and notes in private Supabase storage, accessible to authorised Printacar administrators. Original files may contain camera or location metadata: remove personal information before uploading.

We review submitted references later using OpenAI tools inside Codex, subject to the account's data settings and OpenAI's applicable data policies. This is not an instant assessment, order or confirmation of fit. A daily HMAC-protected network identifier limits submissions; counters older than two days are deleted on the next request.

Save keeps a draft in this browser. New part deletes that local draft, not a submitted request. Download creates a local reference pack. Contact us to request access to or deletion of submitted data.
